Dakota Cougars continued to keep up an undefeated record beating the Anchor Bay Tars 31-7. #7, Senior Calvin Watson  scored two touchdowns in the first quarter and #4, Senior Joe Cacevic scored two touchdowns one in the third quarter and another one seal the victory for the Cougars in the fourth quarter (3-0). #95, Senior Anthony Coleman and #8, Senior Tyler Harper kept Anchor Bays Offense off schedule with 2 sacks each. Continuing the pressure #54, Senior Bo Wheeler had 1.5 sacks and Calvin Watson added to impressive overall performance with 1.5 sacks. As the team looks to avenge there previous losses to Stevenson High School, Senior Calvin Watson answered a few questions.

Q- How will you guys continue to keep the winning streak alive as we go against higher ranked teams?

Calvin- “We just practice hard and take nobody lightly and dominate”

Q- Last year we lost to Stevenson, this week we face off against them again. How do you think the team will preform and prepare for the game.

Calvin- “I think we are gonna win like we are expected too and we prepare for them like we do anyone else.”

Q- Last game you had two touchdowns, how confident are you going into the fourth game of the season?

Calvin- “I’m very confident you know I like to stay humble and give our credit to my “O” line and our QB Ethan Hamby.”

Q- What kind of personal preparations do you before the games? Any rituals or superstitions that you have?

Calvin- “For preparation I mediate and listen to a lot of music before the games, that gets me right and realize who I am and what I need to do.”
