On February 5th Dakota lacrosse had a meeting to talk about the upcoming season. This is the third year that Dakota lacrosse is going to be around. Familiar faces and new ones are at the meeting. It is a great time for the guys just to see each other again, it’s been a while for most of them. It’s just the usual kind of meeting just breaking down the new season. Coach Benavides stated, “We are looking to be better than the year before”. This hit a lot of the guys at the meeting. This year is a big year for many players. The Juniors and Seniors are trying to play college lacrosse. Dakota Lacrosse has a crazy schedule this year as we try to prove the other teams wrong. The team wants to show other teams that winning our first home playoff game against LCN last year wasn’t a fluke.
