Dakota Cougars against Stevenson Titans, both teams coming into this game with a record of 6-1. Stevenson jumped out to a quick 9-0 lead with three triples early in the game, Dakota answered back with going on a 19-0 run which set the tone for the rest of the game. Ryan Rollins had nine points in a Cougars 14-0 run to end the first quarter. Mark Tocco followed with nine second quarter points having the Cougars up at halftime 37-27. Xavier Glenn made the cougars lead to 52-39 with his five third quarter points heading into the final period. Stevenson managed to shorten that lead to 54-50 in the final quarter. Stevenson drained three triples in the final minute, but Ryan Rollins hit a triple and a pair of free throws to extend the lead 59-50. The Titans could not overcome the Cougars lead and the Dakota Cougars won this one at Stevenson making the Cougars 7-1 overall and 4-0 in the MAC.
