Last weekend all three of Macomb Dakota High School’s boys football teams played Stevenson High School on Thursday and Friday. The freshman team played on Thursday and the final score was Dakota 49 Stevenson 19, which brought the Freshman team to 4-0 for the season. Later that day, the Junior Varsity team played making the final score Dakota 27 Stevenson 18, also keeping the season at 4-0.  On Friday under the lights, Dakota’s Varsity football team played Stevenson leaving themselves with yet another victory with the score Dakota 58 Stevenson 14.  

During the Varsity game, the student section was asked to wear all purple to show respect for a school mom who is battling cancer. The students never fail to show love and support when people need it the most, the stands were full of purple and were cheering on and showing love to the student’s mom who needed it the most.
