MLB Draft Preview 2018
The 2018 Edition of the Major League Baseball Draft is approaching. The draft may not be as notorious as NFL or NBA but it is still important nonetheless as these draft picks can influence the future of a team. Here is what you need to know about the draft.
When and Where
The 2018 MLB Draft will be held Monday, June 4th through Wednesday, June 6th.
MLB Network, and their studios in Secaucus, New Jersey, will be the home again for coverage of the draft on the first day, and MLB.com will cover the rest of the rounds. The draft starts at 7 PM.

The draft order is comprised of last year’s season standings in reverse. That means, the worst team drafts first, the second worst team drafts second, and so on. There is no lottery as opposed to hockey or basketball.
