Our Dakota Varsity Girls had an amazing season! The girls played their way to become district champions and fought hard in regionals. Unfortunately, they were disqualified in the semifinals of regionals after losing to Grosse Pointe.

Overall, the girl’s overall record was 19-4. The team averaged a total of 56.7 points per game and scored a total of 1305 points throughout the season. Over the course of the season, the girls scored 110 3-pointers.

Though the girls season was sadly cut short, they fought hard to get to where they did. The team should be happy with all that they have accomplished. Seniors that will leave Dakota this year can leave proud knowing that they gave they’re all on the court, up until the very end.
