During the past couple of weeks, the college football Heisman watch has been crazy. The top players have been talking about have been Saquon Barkley from Penn State, Baker Mayfield from Oklahoma, Khalil Tate from Arizona, Bryce Love from Stanford, and finally Josh Adams from Notre Dame. While everyone is talking about the overrated PSU running back who has only rushed for 894 yards and nine touchdown runs. People are forgetting about the running back from Notre Dame. Josh Adams has put on a show this year as a junior. He has rushed for 1,191 yards with nine touchdown carries. But also, you have the running back from Stanford Bryce Love who is also in the contending who right now is ranked third out of the top Heisman players.  He has rushed for 1,456 yards and has had 12 touchdowns on the year. It is very close right now between the top 3 running backs in college football right now.

Now let’s talk about the Quarterbacks that are making a run to win the Heisman Trophy. One of the Quarterbacks that has been putting on a show as of lately has been Khalil Tate. He has thrown for 930 passing yards, eight touchdowns, and for five interceptions. No one expected Khalil to even contending for one of the best trophies you could win in college football. Now the Quarter back everyone has been waiting to hear about. Baker Mayfield is having a phenomenal season. Baker has had a very great passing season. He has thrown for 3,226 yards,28 passing touchdowns, and has only thrown five interceptions. Coming into the season everyone believed that Baker would blow the competition out of the water but all the contenders have been putting on a show and have showed why they are contending for the Heisman Trophy.
