- Carson Wentz (QB) and a seventh round pick in this year’s draft was acquired in a trade from the Colts in exchange for a third round pick in this year’s draft, a swapping of second round picks in this year’s draft, and a third round pick in the 2023 draft that can be bumped to a second round pick based on Wentz’s performance.
NFC North
Chicago Bears
- Trever Siemian (QB) signed a $4 million, two year deal.
Detroit Lions
- Both back-up quarterbacks David Blough and Tim Boyle re-signed on one year deals.
- DJ Chark (WR) signed a $10 million, 1 year contract.
- The Lions welcome back Jarrad Davis (LB) on a free agent contract.
- Garrett Griffin (TE) is said to be signing with the Lions.
Green Bay Packers
- Aaron Rodgers (QB) did not leave the Bay, but signed a three-year extension worth around $150 million.
- Traded away Davante Adams.
Minnesota Vikings
- Kirk Cousins (QB) signed a $35 million, 1 year contract.
- Za’Darius Smith (LB) signed a $42 million, three year contract.

- Marcus Mariota (QB) signed a two year contract.
- Younghoe Koo (K) re-signed to a $24.35 million, five year contract extension.

- DJ Moore (WR) re-signed to a $61.9 million, three year contract extension.

- Tom Brady is back out of retirement and returning to Tampa for the 2022 season.

- Charvarius Ward (CB) signed a $40.5 million, 3 year contract.
Seattle Seahawks
- Drew Lock (QB), Shelby Harris (DT), Noah Fant (TE), two first round picks, two second round picks, and a fifth round pick for this year’s draft landed home at the Seahawks in exchange for Russell Wilson (QB) and a fourth round pick.
