Dakota Boy’s Varsity Soccer 9/27-9/30
This week, the Dakota’s boys varsity soccer team had two tough matches.
Starting off on Monday, September 27th, the boys took on Utica Eisenhower at Dakota’s home stadium. The game ended with a draw of 0-0 as both teams played their hearts out and left it all on the field.
On Wednesday, September 29th, the boys traveled to Anchor Bay to take on the #1 ranked team in the division. They played hard and won — beating the team 3-2. There were goals by Anthony Gjokaj, Connor Pearce, and Cameron Davis.
The next boy’s varsity game is on October 4th, where they travel to Chippewa Valley in hopes to defeat them once again. Show up and support the team for the upcoming rivalry game, and as always, GO COUGARS!

0-0 draw!?!?!?!? No shootout in high school? This is a travesty, a PK shootout is one of the premier sports traditions.
