Senior Day!
This past Wednesday the Dakota varsity softball team took time to honor the nine seniors that are on the team this season as the cougars played their last home game of the 2021 softball season. Playing all nine seniors against Wallald Lake northern was definitely a fun time and they looked good doing it! Dakota softball and it’s coaching staff and fellow teammates could not be more proud of the seniors that have played for the last four years, dedicating themselves to the team. The amount of time and effort and heart they’ve put into the game for their high school has truly had a positive outcome on everyone and everything including the incredible games that the cougars have played this past season. They truly are the leaders of the school and also the leaders of the team. with the passing of the cougars final home game the season is starting to come to an end and the seniors will truly be missed by everyone who still has years to play. With a sad but happy goodbye to our Seniors this Friday, the season still continues for the next couple of weeks so be sure to come support the varsity softball team, especially Alina Bugenski, Madison Neuner, Jaclyn Scroggs, Grace Roeske, Megan Bryant, Natalie Lerchenfeld, Carly Sierzenga, Nikki Syracuse and Avery Cervone for one last ride.
