On late Wednesday, December 13th of 2017, Ron Roberts declared that Chippewa Valley Schools had a snow day on the 14th! While there was definite weather influence on the final decision, Daniella Grainger also had a slight influence on the decision as well!

Daniella Grainger, a junior at Chippewa Valley High School, wrote a song to Ron Roberts asking him for a snow day! When asked what inspired her, she said, “I just thought since the district has a joke to tweet to Ron Roberts, it’d be funny to write a song about getting a snow day!”
