OG Fortnite

Fortnite OG has just dropped, and everyone is ecstatic. Many players, new or old, have hopped on the game to get their first look at the old map or a hint of nostalgia. Many people were waiting to play OG Fortnite again. There were so many that an extremely long queue was needed to even get in because there were so many people on the server. On the day the update came out a new world record was set for the most concurrent players at 44 million. This was almost triple the record set before, which was 15.3 million in 2020.

Fortnite brought back their old items and maps for the month of November, changing out every week. It started with the season 5 map first on November 3rd, 2023, and changing to season 6 on November 9th. Even the Battle Pass’ skins are inspired by old fan favorites such as Peely. The skins are redone to provide variety, and some even look better than the old ones.

The old maps that were brought back are only a little different than before. For example, some buildings are replaced in Tilted Towers. Also, you can now play No Build mode for people who are not as good at building which you could not do before in Chapter One at all. Additionally, Epic Games kept in tactical sprinting and mantling even though you could not do so in Chapter one either.

In conclusion, seeing all the locations and items that have not been in the game for a long time in OG Fortnite is a blast from the past that all players have enjoyed.
