UPDATE FROM ZACHARY VEAL: “Welcome Back Mr. Sun!!”
Hey there! I hope that both you and your family are having a wonderful Tuesday evening thus far! Just a quick update for you in terms of the weather: we will have mostly clear skies overnight tonight along with both overnight low temperatures flirting with the middle 50s and very light winds blowing from out of the north-northwest at around 5 mph. There might even be some patchy, perhaps, dense fog in spots overnight tonight, as well, especially in areas that picked up a lot of rain both last night and earlier this morning. So, don’t forget to reduce your speeds out there on the roads tomorrow morning on your “Hump Day”, or Wednesday, as both you and your family make their commutes to either work, for the parents, or to school, for the kids, due to limited visibility! This evening’s sunset is at 9:07 p.m. ET., and tomorrow morning’s sunrise on your “Hump Day”, or Wednesday, is at 5:57 a.m. ET.
Mostly sunny skies to start off our Wednesday, but unfortunately, we don’t keep that sunshine all day long as the clouds will be on the increase during the afternoon hours as the skies transition from partly to mostly cloudy along with both high temperatures only in the low 70s and very light winds blowing from out of the south-southeast at only 3 to 6 mph.
But showers will begin to move into Metro Detroit starting after 5pm tomorrow that will likely slow down both the afternoon and evening drive home from work. So, don’t forget to slow down on the roads due to them being both wet and sloppy!
Join me with both Ellie Snodgrass and Brady Miller tomorrow morning on Dakota High School’s Latest Headlines and Morning Announcements at 7:15 a.m. for the very latest on when you can expect both tomorrow’s late, late afternoon and early evening rain showers to move into our area. I’ll, as always, have everything that you need to know! Otherwise, enjoy the rest of your Tuesday, Metro Detroit!!
