Russia, Ukraine, and World War III
Kyiv, Ukraine, February 24, 2022- People awoke at dawn on February twenty-fourth to the sound of sirens. As well as across the country, it has been confirmed that Russian attacks of missiles were used. Ukrainian leader Zelensky mentioned that Putin has attacked in a “cunning way,” as well as comparing his method of invasion to that of Hitler in World War II.
Russia, February 24, 2022- In an interview with a Russian who will remain anonymous: “Now the men between the age of eighteen and sixty cannot leave Ukraine. So which of the eighteen or sixty-year-olds will fight? Ukraine is preparing the civil population for battle, Ukraine is not a NATO member, and Zelensky is still debating when he will become a NATO member. It does not matter that the country is bombed or people get injured or die, it is important for them to be a NATO member. If NATO is involved in this, you can say that there will be a world war, that is why they will not help Ukraine in military relationship, because Europe does not want a world war. Putin begged them for eight years to resolve the situation in a diplomatic way. Ukraine responded with the placement of NATO base and missile launches around Russia. What were they thinking?”
Putin has issued a warning to the west, that interfering would cause “immediate consequences.”
“The Chernobyl nuclear plant is captured by the Russians,” stated Anton Gerashchenko, an interior ministry adviser. “We are being attacked from the south, north, east and from the air,” he said. “We are giving away weapons, and we will continue doing so to anyone who will ask for it in order to protect our sovereignty. Our future depends on each and every citizen.” Zelensky mentions. He has also issued an order mobilizing the entirety of the Ukrainian military.
