The Ballad of Bob Dylan Snorkeling

The Ballad of Bob Dylan Snorkeling

When you’re swimming at the YMCA

Bob Dylan is there all day

Snorkeling with a straw that bends

Hanging in the shallow ends

Bob Dylan has no scuba gear

All he has is a bendy straw

Souvenir

The children have no fear

When Bob Dylan is near

Bob Dylan likes his salsa mild

Just like he likes his child

That’s why he takes them to the ymca

Every day

They go swimming in the pool

Because their dad is cool

Bob Dylan in a pool all by himself

Bob Dylan wears no life jacket

He leaves it on the shelf

The YMCA closes

But Bob Dylan stays

And smells the roses.
