Update from Zachary Veal: “Today is the Pick Day of the 7-Day Forecast!!”
THIS MORNING: Good Thursday morning! Mostly sunny skies along with some areas of frost too around Metro Detroit along with both temperatures rising from the low 40s early on into the low 50s later on and light winds SE at only 5-10 mph. So, a light jacket, sweatshirt, or hoodie might be a good idea to put on as both you, as parents, and your kids, head off to either work or to school.
TODAY: Partly cloudy skies around Metro Detroit later this afternoon along with both daytime high temperatures rising into the upper 50s and light winds SE at only 5-12 mph.
THIS EVENING: Partly cloudy skies and mild too around Metro Detroit later on this evening along with both temperatures falling from the upper 50s early on into the low 50s later on and light winds SE/ESE at only 5-10 mph.
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies along with some scattered showers possible developing after 3am around Metro Detroit along with both overnight low temperatures flirting with the middle 40s and winds E/ENE at 5-15 mph.
TOMORROW: A mainly mostly cloudy start to your “Finally Friday” around Metro Detroit along with the chance for some scattered showers too, in spots, as we both get up and get going one last time for either work, for the parents, or for school, for the kids, to morning low temperatures starting out around the middle 40s. But unfortunately, the afternoon hours will be under mainly mostly cloudy skies with the chance for some rain too along with both daytime high temperatures rising into the upper 50s and winds ENE at 7-17 mph, gusting 20-25 mph, at times too!
THIS WEEKEND: The final weekend of April 2023 will likely be a soggy one as on your Saturday, we look to be under mainly mostly cloudy skies with the chance for both some scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, in spots, as daytime high temperatures will flirt with the middle 60s. But on your Sunday (which by the way, is the very last day of April 2023) as both you and your family commute both to and from both morning church services and brunch, we will be under mainly partly cloudy skies with yet even more rain possible as daytime high temperatures will begin to tumble down into the middle 50s (or double-nickels). So, please stay tuned as we still need a few more days of computer model runs to come to a conclusion of both if and when this weekend’s rain chances.
Enjoy the rest of your Thursday, Metro Detroit!!
