Care for a Cougar
Students from Dakota’s Leadership 2 class came around at all three lunches to collect money for Secret Santa Shoppers to buy gifts for Dakota students in need. With the holidays coming up, the Care for a Cougar program will be able to provide Christmas gifts for over one hundred students!
Students were able to purchase a snowman for $1 or $5 in the Cougar Den and write their name on them to be posted on the front windows. In addition to going towards a good cause, it also helped the Cougar Den look more festive. Although the table out front has been put away, you can still make a donation inside the Cougar Den to help a fellow student!
Your donation will support the student journalists of Dakota High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
