Dakota High School has almost 3000 students that come and go all day, Lisa Bommarito and Janice Blum our wonderful attendance ladies who work super hard to keep up with our never ending attendance. Lisa and Janice begin there day here at Dakota at 7am with the Health Department Cases like covid and sick students. There next task is printing out the early dismissal passes and checking in all the late students, then go through all of the parent calls for the all day dismissals. Lisa and Janice work with suspensions and school business. Days like pep assembly, sporting events, and senior skip days are especially busy days for Dakota’s favorite attendance ladies. For new students Janice or Lisa will assign lockers and will help them with anything they might need. Whether your walking in late or leaving early Janice and Lisa are always smiling and making conversation. It is very hard to keep up with everything here and we couldn’t run the school without them!
