WHO are you?
Ever since the dawn of time, identity has been an essential part of our community. The question is, just WHO are you? Not your name, but what shapes you as a person? What is your personality? How do you experience things? People cringe when they hear this question in interviews, because you don’t want to brag, but you also want to tell the truth. It isn’t something people think about every day. To fully describe how you have grown as a person, you must first be willing to tell your stories. You can’t hold it in forever. Every person tells a different story, even if they were in the same room when it took place. The power of storytelling is truly immeasurable. It lets us escape, yet it also pulls us back in to the real world. That is why you must ask the question: WHO are you?
