Face to Face Learning
Even thought we’re officially going back to school, it won’t be the same. There are many things that will be different from in-person school last year. When entering the building, you must sit at a cafeteria table, scan a code, and wait until school starts. There is tape and arrows in the hallway to prevent collision, and you must keep your mask up at all times. There is no access to lockers, so students will be asked to carry a backpack around. Classrooms are pretty much the same, just more spread out for the sake of social distancing. Lunch is when life gets hard. At lunch, only three students are allowed per lunch table, and you also have to scan a code there too. When leaving school, there is no hanging out with friends. It is mandatory to leave the building as soon as you can. This all may sound boring, but staff is trying every way they can to make our learning experience easier while trying to social distance.
