Guest: a Poem on MLK Day
January 21, 2019

Do not think of time

as a gentle goodbye.

though the seasons get colder,

and it rains a bit more,

the sun is still there

between the clouds.

and shines, sometimes,

little by little;

and I am still here

little by little.
