Sledding

Sledding is a fun winter activity. Sledding can be done in many places in Michigan especially on some of the hills that were made for sledding. Sledding can also be done by pulling another person in he snow on a sled in your backyard. Its a fun activity for younger kids.

 

 

 

 

Ice Skating

Ice skating, the recreation and sport of gliding across an ice surface on blades fixed to the bottoms of shoes (skates). This festivity can be a cute date idea or just something fun to do in general. Some places to go in Michigan is  Campus Martius Park,  Rosa Parks Circle, Kensington Metropark, Walloon Village Ice Skating Rink, Marquette Commons,  Buhr Outdoor Ice Arena, South Haven Ice Rink, Millennium Park, Petoskey Winter Sports Park, and Calumet Colosseum.

 

 

 

Baking Cookies

Baking cookies can be done any time of the year. It is more popular around the holiday times especially for Christmas. Around Christmas time decorating sugar cookies with frosting is a fun part of the holidays.

 

 

 

Snowball Fight

In the winter time having a snowball fight with friends or family is very fun. Making fun ways to do it also makes it more enjoyable like having teams.

 

 

 

Make Hot Chocolate and Watch a Movie

Its always a good idea to make hot chocolate and watch a movie. Being able to get cozy when its cold outside and its snowing is very relaxing. It’s always fun to have people to do it with to make it more enjoyable.
