Luke Perry, the ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ and ‘Riverdale’ star, passed away at the age of 52. The actor had been struggling with severe strokes for quite some time, and unfortunately, that is what took his life on March 4th, 2019.  Perry reportedly had two strokes prior to his death, both being a few years back.  His family decided to have him cremated and his ashes are scattered across his 380-acre farm in Tennessee.  Luke’s fiancé, Wendy Bauer, as well as two children; his daughter Sophie (18) and his son Jack (21), are all very devastated from their loss.   Luke Perry was loved by many and was a huge impact toward his cast members.  The cast and crew of ‘Riverdale” are all taking time off set and focusing on mourning the loss of their co-star.  Cole Sprouse, the actor that plays Jughead on ‘Riverdale’, speaks out and says “(Luke) was one of those guys that you never heard a bad word said about him ever in Hollywood, but out of respect for the privacy of his family during this time, I’m just trying to keep it brief”.  KJ Apa, the actor that plays Archie in ‘Riverdale’ explains that he was very close to Luke.  KJ posted a candid picture on his Instagram with the caption “Rest in love bro” honoring his co-star.  Luke will be missed by many, and it is extremely unfortunate to see him go so soon.
