AOC Gets Real

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez gave the government panel a run for their money last night as she broke down how congressmen own stock and will pass laws that deregulate it so that they will get the most money out of it. AOC broke the fundamentals down so that all people can understand how corrupt the United States government is. She demonstrates that politics don’t have to be complicated and is not afraid to ask the right questions and doing so in a straightforward manner. The video has been featured on twitter and is currently been trending the last 24 hours. She also mentioned that the President of the United States is basically almost above the law.
AOC has also been pushing for the Green New Deal, which will try to achieve a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. By remaking the United States economy, we would use more renewable resources. Teaming up with veteran lawmaker Sen. Edward Markey, proposes massive investments in research and development to make the U.S. a leader in clean energy technology.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is going to fix the U.S. and do it right by fixing our government first.
