Earthquake in Michigan??

Last night in southeast Michigan, people experienced what they thought was an earthquake.

Though many thought that an earthquake had struck Michigan at around 8 p.m., a 3.6 magnitude earthquake struck  Amherstburg, Canada. The earthquake traveled, and then made its way to the southeastern part of Michigan.

After the earthquake hit, there were no immediate calls for any medical assistance and it has also been reported that there is no severe damage to any part of Michigan or Canada.

Michigan doesn’t experience many earthquakes, but this is one of the few that has struck the state in the last few years. This earthquake was very small, so many people didn’t even feel it. Some people in southeast Michigan said they “felt” the earthquake, and that it sounded like boxes have fallen over or that a truck was possibly passing on the road.
