From April 17th to 21st the Senior Class Council is sponsoring a drive for the Macomb Foster Closet. There will be a collection and competition during sixth hour classes in Dakota’s Main Building throughout the week for physical donations. Friday April 14th is when the boxes for the donations will get brought to the sixth hour classrooms for the upcoming week. On Monday April 24th the boxes located within the sixth hour classroom will be counted by Class Council members. In the class that wins the competition and gets the most donations, each student will receive a coupon for a free slushie from the Cougar Den. Online monetary donations will go from Monday April 17th to April 22nd. The online donations will count towards the sixth hour competition as well as physical items. 

Wednesday April 19th during all lunches is Cap and Gown Pickup from Josten’s in the Community Room in the Main Building. Seniors that donate online either Monday or Tuesday will receive a Fast Pass to skip the line. The Senior Fast Pass line for Graduation Cap and Gown Pickup requires a $5 minimum donation on PaySchool. People who donate will not receive a physical pass, instead there will be a list at the door of the people who donated. The fast line will be the Community Room door off the Atrium and the regular line will be in the Athletic Hallway by the Student Activities Office. 

Some suggested items for donation include clothes, bags, stuffed animals, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, baby items, bubble bath/body wash/shampoo for children, toys, socks, underwear, cosmetic items, shoes, and school supplies.
