Disney has been apart of many of our childhoods. We constantly quote them, re-watch them, and everyone has their favorite. But most of these movies are animated, and while there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s always great to imagine what something like that would look like in real life. Thankfully, creators at Disney have had the same idea. Live action remakes of our favorite Disney animations are becoming more prevalent as the years go by.

      So far, Disney has remade Alice in Wonderland, The Jungle Book, Cinderella, and Beauty and the Beast. All have been extremely successful, with the remake of Beauty and the Beast making a record-breaking $170 million in just the opening weekend at the box office.

      With the amount of success each movie has gotten, it’s not hard to see why Disney would want to continue this streak. Upcoming live-action remakes include Mulan, Aladdin, and The Lion King, just to name a few. And, much to the pleasure of those awaiting these movies, they will be coming out in the next few years.

      Many of us grew up loving Disney and all their films. Many of us still do. With these new remakes coming out, be ready to fall back in love with those iconic characters that touched our hearts so many years ago.
