Update from Zachary Veal: “WIND ADVISORY Issued for SE Michigan tomorrow from 4:00 AM until 10:00 PM!!”

Update from Zachary Veal: WIND ADVISORY Issued for SE Michigan tomorrow from 4:00 AM until 10:00 PM!!

THIS EVENING: Partly cloudy skies and breezy too around Metro Detroit on this Tuesday evening along with both temperatures holding in the low 50s both before and after sunset and breezy conditions too SSE at 7-17 mph, gusting 20-30 mph, at times too as you commute back home from work or maybe as both you and your family run out to complete any errands that you may have.

TONIGHT: A transition from mostly cloudy to just plain, old cloudy skies around Metro Detroit with both some showers and isolated thunderstorms too likely, in spots, along with both overnight low temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s and breezy conditions too S/SSW at 10-20 mph, gusting 20-30 mph, at times too!

TOMORROW: A “WIND ADVISORY” will be in effect for both Metro Detroit and all of Southeastern Michigan starting at 4:00 AM EST and expiring at 10:00 PM EST due to sustained winds (meaning constantly blowing winds) out of the west at 20-25 mph, gusting 40-45 mph, at times too! So, please remember to both use extra caution both when and while driving, especially if you or a loved one will be operating a high-profile vehicle such as RVs, buses, trucks, and semis and to secure outdoor objects such as outdoor furniture, garbage and recycle cans, and your Christmas/Holiday decorations. But otherwise besides the gusty winds tomorrow, we will be under mostly cloudy skies with perhaps a stray flurry or two flying around in the afternoon hours after some early morning rain with thunder possible moving through along a potent cold front which will generate wind gusts between 40-45 mph both ahead and behind the front. And temperatures will tumble very quickly behind the cold front as we will be in the 50s around midnight Tuesday night, but only in the 30s while feeling like the teens in the afternoon hours. So, bottom line, it will be mild, wet, and windy when both you and your family leave for both work and for school in the morning, but colder, but still windy, in the afternoon hours.

THURSDAY: Happy very first day of December 2022, Metro Detroit!! Mostly sunny skies with both chilly high temperatures and less wind (thankfully) will rule your Thursday around Metro Detroit along with both daytime high temperatures only in the middle-to-upper 30s and much, much lighter winds W at only 5-10 mph.

FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy skies around Metro Detroit as we wrap up both this work and this school week along with daytime high temperatures flirting with the middle 40s.

THIS WEEKEND: Mainly partly cloudy skies with some isolated showers possible, in spots too, around Metro Detroit on your Saturday along with both daytime high temperatures in the middle 40s and windy conditions too SW at 15-20 mph, gusting 30-35 mph, at times too! And on your Sunday as both you and your family commute both to and from both morning church services and brunch, we will be under partly cloudy skies along with daytime high temperatures falling down into the upper 30s with way less wind thankfully!

Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday, Metro Detroit!!
