Expressive Art Workshops
Mrs. Lange, the teacher advisor for the Coalition Teen Council (CTC) and the Gender and Sexuality Aliance (GSA), has organized another event for students to take part in! Dakota is now offering Expressive Art Workshops every other Friday after school in the community room put on by the Detour Project. These events are free and open to students of all grades even if they haven’t taken any art classes previously.
The first workshop of the school year happened on October 21st, but if you missed out on that one don’t worry, there are more opportunities ahead! There are other workshops scheduled for November 4th, November 18th, December 2nd, and December 16th from 2:30-3:20pm. See Mrs. Lange in room 249 to sign up or look for the posters hanging up in the halls for more information.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Dakota High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
