Dakota vs Romeo Football Recap
The Dakota Cougars continued their undefeated streak going 6-0 on season, beating the Romeo Bulldogs 21-14. Tyler Harper, #8, got a fumble recovered 55-yard touchdown starting the game off strong as they took the lead, 7-0. Joe Cacevic, #4, and Calvin Watson, #7, each had a touchdown creating a gap and securing their victory. Leading offensively was Owen Colpaert, #1, (107 receivable yards), Joe Caceivic, #4, (84 rushing yards), and quarterback Ethan Hamby, #6, (206 yards and 12/19). The Cougars defensive line continued to work hard with Tyler Harper, #8, (13 tackles), and Lorenzo Alfred, #11, (13 tackles and one interception).
The Dakota Cougars play against Eisenhower High School this Friday, October 7th. The game is located at Dakota for the homecoming game. Homecoming King and Queen will be presented during halftime and the theme is Pink out.
