NFL Trade Round Up (AFC)

The most notable signings in the AFC from each team so far in the 2022 off season!

 

AFC East

Buffalo Bills

  • Case Keenum (QB) was acquired in a trade with the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a seventh-round pick in this year’s draft.

Miami Dolphins

  • Teddy Bridgewater (QB) signed a 1-year contract for $6.5 million.
  • Tyreek Hill (WR) was acquired in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs for first, second, and fourth round picks in this year’s draft, as well as fourth and sixth round picks in the 2023 draft. His deal was a 4-year contract, worst $120 million.

New England Patriots

New York Jets

  • Tyler Conklin (TE) L’Anse Creuse – North and Central Michigan University alum signed a free agent deal.

Cleveland Browns

  • Deshaun Watson (QB) was acquired in a trade along with a 2024 sixth round draft pick in exchange for the 13th overall pick and a fourth round pick in this year’s draft, as well as first round picks in both the 2023 and 2024 draft, and a fourth round pick in the 2024 draft. His contract is for 5-years and worth $230 million.
  • Amari Cooper (WR) was acquired in a trade from the Cowboys in exchange for a 2022 fifth round puck and swap of sixth round picks.
  • Chase Winovich (LB), U of M alum, was acquired in exchange for Mack Wilson (LB).

Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Mitchell Trubisky (QB) signed a two-year, $14.25 million deal.

 

AFC South

Houston Texans

  • Nothing notable so far, except for the Deshaun Watson trade and the loads of draft picks they’ve acquired.

Indianapolis Colts

  • Matt Ryan (QB) was acquired in a trade form the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for a third round pick in this year’s draft.

Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Zay Jones (WR) signed a $24 million, three year contract.
  • Christian Kirk (WE) signed a $72 million, four year contract.

Tennessee Titans

  • Robert Woods (WR) was acquired in a trade with the Rams in exchange for a 2023 sixth round pick.

 

AFC West

Denver Broncos

  • Russell Wilson (QB) and a 2022 fourth round pick were acquired in a trade with Seattle in exchange for two first round picks, two second round picks, a fifth round pick, Drew Lock (QB), Noah Fant (TE), and Shelby Harris (DT).

Kansas City Chiefs

  • JuJu Smith-Schuster (WR) signed a $10.75 million, 1 year contract.
  • Traded away Tyreek Hill (WR)

Las Vegas Raiders

  • Davante Adams (WR) was acquired in a trade with the Packers in exchange for a first and second round pick in this year’s draft. His contract is expected to be around $140 million for 5 years.
